we all know the answer as to whether or not homosexuality is a lifestyle choice or not. Common sense tells us the answer if we care to pay attention to it. That's why I asked you the question of when you made the choice to be heterosexual as opposed to homosexual.

But is choice really the yardstick you want to use? I think you would have to agree that religion is far more of a choice than sexual orientation. If choice is what you are basing this on, then religion should certainly not be protected.

I disagree that equal treatment under the law for homosexuals cannot be compared to equal treatment under the law of women and blacks.
