I worked at UPS in 1980 as a part time worker I made 9.70 an hour before I quit. The company preached compitition to all it's employees but it never mentioned it controlled 80% of the market. I wanted to become a driver but after waiting 2 years. I decided to look for employment else where. Ups has the hardest working people in America. Their workers have not kept up with inflation. I think they make 11-14 dollars an hour now. As long as wages are based on inflation and benifits are scaled back 1% per year. Thier is going to unrest in america.Wages should be based on profits. Profits have been growing on average 10% or more. I can't beleive all the posts that are on the side of the company. Wake up.
