It's interesting that this movie should appear at this time and amongst all the polarizing elements that are so apparent in today's instant access world. His treatment of the Scottish hero William Wallace was also fraught with historical mistakes and inaccuracies. He's not much more then a second rate Freudian libido sensationalist, soothing his own soars and making a buck. It's such a limited and pathetic level of consciousness.
