Mr. Q Sir, How much have you paid to move around the world before you retire?

Can UK, Belgium and Canada send a bill to you asking for payment today?

<<<The country would have a stock market in citizenship. People who want to leave could sell their citizenship.>>
All those desperate people in boats to Aussie, to Gibraltar and the Adriatic to Italy plus the swimming across the Rio Grande, have no money to bid!!! This is the people who want to go to developed countries.

<<Bidders would have to be qualified [no AIDS, no sars, no tuberculosis, no criminal record, educated enough, young enough - Islamic Jihad need not apply etc].>>

This type of people only move to a developed country if they pay top Euro -they even refuse USD these days.

<<Goff is right to go to Brazil andGoff will propose the Holidays and Work Plan which let youngsters from Brazil work in New Zealand and vice-versa, as it is already done with Uruguayans and Argentineans.>>

You keep the Chinese coming but bring some Brazilians, Uruguayans and Argentineans to compensate. Don't worry, they will chase the blonde girls, which is good for the genetic pool, they will improve the cattle, the barbecue, polo and football.

Don't count with Elmat beyond going as a tourist to see NZ. I think NZ could not afford me.
