Rice is a proven liar so she cannot run. She might also be a lesbian. Powell was used and ended up lying too. Besides he's way too liberal for the GOP. Guliani I'm not sure about but I think he's pro-choice and pro gay rights. He has skeletons in his closet too.

All this talk of replacing Cheney shows the RNC is terrified. They know they are going to lose to Kerry unless they cheat or pull some kind of October Surprise. They have 100 million they have to spend by summer and can't think of how to use it. They have no message and no issues. All they can think of is going negat5ive but it's really lame. For instance, they can attack Kerry for taking 600 K in lobbyist money over 20 years but Bush and the RNC have raised hundreds of millions of it in one year.
