It's interesting that people ignore the admin's claim that the tax cuts would create 900,000 jobs. Instead, it's about one-third of that last time I saw the stats.

Just as people don't understand the concept of regressive and progressive taxation, they don't understand that corporations pay a much lower share of the overall taxes now than in decades past and that the very rich pay less of their money in taxes while the majority pay more.

It's PR over facts which is usually the case.

Unlike Republicans in the past, Bush cut taxes NOT to shrink the government but he cut taxes AND increased the size of government. I'm pretty sure that any calculator outside of the White House would say that will lead to a big deficit.
