Lizzie, right you are. If you are not a die hard rabid democrat you are evil and mistreat people...lolol Your anger at losing your job has blinded you, as has your narrow business experience.

The old republican trickle down theory has this belief that workers are just costs and management is some sort of super class that provides for the sole existance of the "little people". My line of thinking is different, I think workers are future managers and the playing field needs to be more level- from the start.
