Kerry told the U.S. Congress that American soldiers claimed to him that they had, "raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned on the power, cut off limbs, blew up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan." Watch Kerry run from this statement. Nobody ever told him this. He took it from anti-war pamphlets that came from KGB plants. I am not going to refight the Viet Nam war with you. War is hell, but our American soldiers have the best record on this type of activity of any Army in the World. If you think otherwise, too bad.
