Well, I can't dig into it now...I'm out the door. But it would seem that the doma laws are what would be in jeopardy and what would be reviewed by the supreme court as being unconstitutional.

makes sense that there would be an attempt to pass an amendment before the doma laws are put to the acid test by the supreme court.
