LOL.....that's so silly, you ought to be ashamed to post it. And how the hell are you suggesting it may be tied to Kerry. Every thing in that article is the old generic BS that enemies put out about each other....we did it, the Russkies did it, the Germans did it, etc etc.. But the telling sentence in the whole article and that which doesn't pass the giggle test, is the authors assertion that:

"In 1978, when I broke with Communism, my DIE was propagating the line that Washington's adventure in Vietnam had wasted over $200 trillion. This waste, we warned darkly, would soon generate European inflation, recession, and unemployment."

200 trillion dollars!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL!!!
