** MRVL ( 42.88 - $45) 2-1 split & Reports Q4 (Jan) pro forma earnings of $0.29 per diluted share, ex items, $0.01 better than the Reuters Research consensus of $0.28; net revenues rose 61.3% year/year to $243.3 mln vs the $240.3 mln consensus. Co's Board approved a 2 for 1 stock split of co's common stock, to be effected pursuant to the issuance of additional shares. If approved by MRVL's shareholders, co expects declaration and payment of additional shares to occur within 30 days following the Annual General Meeting. 4:09PM IMDC
