Can the time frame for the completion of the Kemess North feasibility study be accurately predicted, or are some aspects of it out of management's control? I'd appreciate as much detail as possible.

Can Northgate fund the construction and start-up of Kemess North from existing cash flow? It seems to me that annual cash flow over $40 million should be able to get the job done, even if some debt has to be taken on during the peak of construction.
