Yep. I'm about 18% cash, been topping up some positions...going over CC's list and looking for the ones that are both rated as a Buy and also near their LT moving averages. Shouldn't have said anything about 395, jinxed it and now we're under again. Silver at 6.66...hmmm what would the Church Lady say about that?
