we are about to best the pre-war gasoline prices here in the midwest. Going to concede that we are going to get a serious uptick in the general price levels before we go bust ... still not sure about interest rates ... but I think we are going to get enough pass-through to the consumer now, that it is going to be painful. I've noticed some pretty good increases myself in non-food items at walmart ...

It's going to be a killer to the low and middle class families ... I think it really becomes apparent as housing prices and other assets begin to fall.

Don't think it can be prolonged -- except for food and energy, but going to keep an open mind.
