Capital punishment only matters if the candidate is wimpy to begin with (like Dukakis). Kerry is a war hero who has killed enemy single-handedly. He's for frying terrorists. Serial killers and pedophiles who go into prisons are usually quickly murdered by inmates anyway. Faster and more horrifying that way.
