Again, we see that Larry has lost that golden touch. He will flail with his wooden sward at the DOJ windmill. Like a boxer past his prime, Larry hopes that his hype and audaciousness will bring him the prize. It never does. It would be nice if I could say that Larry should get out at the top of his game, but it seems that the only game that Larry may have been at the top of in the last 5 years is HOT AIR ballooning. It is sad for Larry and for those that are shareholders of his company.
