Aero Marine Engine Introduces the Axial Vector Engine at The Miami International Boat Show

RONKONKOMA, N.Y., Feb 27, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aero Marine Engine, Inc., (OTCBB:ARMR) a developmental stage company which has acquired the rights to the Dyna-Cam engine, a proprietary internal combustion engine, today announced the renaming of the Dyna Cam engine to Axial Vector Engine, as well as an update on the Company's recent progress at the Miami International Boat Show.

Management of Aero Marine feels that the name change was warranted because Axial Vector better describes the revolutionary engine. Axial represents the linear motion of the engine design. Vector represents the low speed, high torque design of the engine. Therefore, Axial Vector better represents our dynamic product.

Aero Marine Engine today announced that its debut of the Axial Vector Engine at the Miami International Boat Show February 12th through 17th was a major success.

Aero Marine Engine and Perma-Tune Electronics, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trans Max Technologies, Inc. (TMXT.OB) exhibited their complimentary technology together at the show. They were sought out for two major television interviews, and were selected for approximately eight full-length, feature magazine articles, in addition to features on several internet marine websites. The interview schedules will be released in the near future for your viewing. Copies of the interviews will be available soon for interested individuals. Numerous industry publications will be writing articles about the Axial Vector Engine in the near future. One publication, Powerboat Online, the online publication of POWERBOAT magazine has already given a preliminary showcase of our engine it can be viewed at powerboatmag.com

Seasoned veterans in the marine industry repeatedly said of the technology that this is the first new engine technology that makes sense for marine applications in decades. They also stated that the company is offering a high-torque, low-RPM, lightweight engine with dramatically reduced maintenance and 40% fewer parts, exceptionally advanced electronics, plus availability for alternative fuel applications. The company received many positive comments such as, what a winning combination of benefits.

Aero Marine's Axial Vector Motor received enthusiastic endorsement for a wide range of applications, including power generation, forklifts, bow thrusters, and sport fishing vessels where the engine's low profile will allow boat manufacturers to keep cockpit floors low and do away with above-deck engine hatches.

The smallest, first generation version of the engine was on display at the Boat Show. The company plans to create three larger versions of the engine as well. It is envisioned that these later versions will be able to power larger vessels.

The combination of Perma-Tune's Plasmatronics' highly advanced engine management system with their Plasma Drive Ignition ("PDI") plasma technology maximizes the performance of Aero Marine's Axial Vector Engine. Aero Marine's sales of its Axial Vector Engine will offer Plasmatronics a new market for its advanced electronics.

Plasmatronics showcased its revolutionary PDI, its newly developed encoder-based engine controller featuring individual cylinder control for spark and fuel, and RS-232 interface to an ergonomic, easy to use flat-panel pilot display visible in all light conditions. This new interface replaces bulky, complex wiring harnesses.

Said Lonnie Lenarduzzi, President and Chief Scientist for Perma-Tune, "To understand what we've done with the Plasma Drive Ignition 'PDI,' you must throw out everything you knew about spark ignition. This is a completely new way of achieving incredibly efficient combustion. Using never-before exploited principles of physics, the PDI produces a cleaner burn than ever before possible, converting nearly all available fuel -- whatever it may be -- to torque. This process results in a thrilling, measurable increase in performance, dramatically better fuel economy and as a result, reduced emissions."

Richie Powers, President of Aero Marine Engine, Inc., and seven-time world offshore racing champion, said, "This is the most exciting boat show I have ever worked in my long history in the marine industry. The advanced technology we've assembled here and our top-gun team of technical personnel are incredible. Together, we will bring our revolutionary new products forward to the public to satisfy the immediate demand we saw from the marine industry in Miami." Powers was pleased with the response from the many Aero Marine shareholders who attended the Boat Show and their enthusiastic support for our Company.

About Aero Marine Engine, Inc.

The Axial Vector Engine, formerly named the Dyna Cam engine, is an internal combustion engine where the pistons drive a cam to generate power to the main shaft. The main shaft is in a parallel direction to piston movement, without connecting rods or crankshaft. The engine has approximately 40% fewer moving parts than a conventional internal combustion engine, has a greater power to weight ratio, produces high torque at low rpm, operates with less vibration, and is lighter than the competition.
