Start by funding global education and development, not war.

So please explain how you fund education and development in a country totally controlled by a psycopathic crime family, like Iraq was under Saddam Hussein? May I remind you that teaching ANYTHING not approved by the regime was a crime punishable by immediate torture and death?

The UN tried to fund food for the people, and it's clear (though the UN refuses any attempts at accounting) that half the money at the minimum was stolen by Saddam and used for palaces and bribes, and the rest funneled through cronies of the regime.

I'm waiting to hear how you would have managed, since you clearly believe that this is a solvable problem by those not ideologically blinded by the necoons.
