You think Prop 57 would pass?

I honestly don't know. I think CA is screwed if it does and screwed if it doesn't. I'm watching this all play out from safely over the border and just shake my head at some of the inane policies that have emanated from Sacramento over the years. Policies that have led the state into this crisis situation.
