There was some recent discussion regarding popnav @ #reply-19750956 - maybe that will help you get rid of it.

Dave, thanks. I went to the sites that were linked with the post and found out what the problem is......its a file called iefeatures.exe. However, I can't delete it......I get an error message "Access Denied". That's happened before with other files but I have found a way around it; however, I can't this time.

Do you or anyone else have a suggestion? TIA.
