Russ, agree with you as I wasn't sure about Don Coxe's gold scenario either though the rest of the call was right on track as usual. My thinking would be that gold would get whacked at least initially through expectations of higher rates... same with the ecb cut scenario as there is so much hot spec money in gold (though a lot less than before) and it'll take a little while for the cb's to totally discredit themselves.

Just thinking this through in my head... what would your scenario for gold be when the inflation hits the fan???
