I don't know if Mr Kerry thought that was not a valid question in 92 or not but what I do know is that all politicians or campaigners will say anything they can which they think may give themselves a better chance at winning. If there is anything else you want to learn about politics in America don't be afraid to ask. I'm sure someone here will help you out.

It sure is tough trying to come up with any valid reasons to elect the worst president in American history isn't it?
