Perhaps we should start a pool on the thread to predict the first date that any fed member identifies inflation as an issue. I say June 1 which should give time for a couple wicked PPI and CPI numbers to sink in.

Its all so much easier for Al and Ben when they can say it doesn't exist.

This inflation/deflation we have going on is massive inflation in all the things we need and deflation (at least for right now) in all the things we can forgo. Yet they take out the inflation in all the goods we need which is just freakin' ridiculous.

Who needs to drive their car, heat their homes and buy food anyway. Great deals on new and used cars however ...

Nary a hint of smog over Beijing as I write... maybe there is a slowdown going on after all... lol...
