Hello Spotted, <<I'm all in ... 40% metals, 40% energy, 4% wheat ... balance China stuff and a bit of tech...>>

My uninvited comments?
- Be careful
- You are brave, or I do not understand the situation
- But, worst comes to worst, your portfolio will likely recover from whatever, unlike the iDotComeSlashNet investors

<<Every time I raise cash I go insane and buy something>>
- That's OK as long as you are finding good things to buy,
- like what?

BTW, My in/near-money long Put positions on FNM, housing shares, and QQQ account for 18.9% (measured on nominal basis based on strike price multiplied by number of shares controlled) of my overall equity exposure of 15.16% of gross asset, or 2.87% of gross asset. I lazily account for the long Puts by summing the actual traded value of the contracts with regular long equity share values.

I can see moving this measure to 10% (or even 20% if the market goes happy-crazy) of gross asset, not to hedge, but to kill or get slaughtered.

I suspect we are moving into the 'no prisoners' stage of the Last Man Standing Death Match game.

Are you carrying enough spare ammos? and are they the ammos for the weapons you are carrying? are you carrying the proper weapons? did you forget to turn off the light on your helmet :0)

Chugs, Jay
