Ray, strategically what would the US really want from Mexico ? a buffer ? Land ? Mexico city is running out of water and sinking... I still think Canada should beef up it's military and we should have nukes... irrespective of these doom and gloom scenarios... insurance... a nice thing when never used... This is a s gloomy as that other piece on the end of the age of oil.... Spots... proactively hawkish..
