Whatever Bush says on fiscal matters is falling on deaf ears now in congress.... (the rats are deserting the ship)... so no changes this year, and in 04 Bush will be out. So planning is impossible.

I am expecting the Kerry admin to get working immediately on state sponsored healthcare for all, and that could change the makeup of medicare completely so changes are coming but they may not be all bad. Taxes will probably go way up on high incomes and corp taxes could be tripled, who knows. I don't really care, its obvious the poor are getting poorer and the rich are getting richer. This is the first time I have seen this in my life.
