I will go out on a limb. This company will be bought in short order. Xopenex 340MM in 04 500MM in O7. Estora 250MM in 05 750MM in 07. MDI 600MM+ in 07. Royalties 100 MM today 150MM in 07. Value of future Pulmonary candidates = a bonus. Values of future sleep related candidates = a bonus. Not having to hire a salesforce = 125,000,000 a year. Partial but slow use of NOL's + $200 MM. Value of Company bull option Spread due to escalation in share value with offer = $400MM. Getting rid of bogus management stock options = priceless! At a $100 a share offer, this is likely to be 5 x 2007 (+/- a year) sales. Bingo Barberich and Southwell are richly and permanently retired.
