My husband is using a widespread drug that many Americans use to lower blood pressure.
Or I think that is what it does.

One serious problem for the increase in prescription drug prices is the administrative costs.
Each year, a committee decides which drugs they will cover so if you have a prescription that
is no longer covered your co-pay doubles. I've had to talk to my insurance company three
or four times this past week. Think of what that does to the administrative costs.

I've heard Costco's prices are better than other drug stores. I use a prescription mail order
for most of our drugs. Still, the cost of health care soars, and I am very worried about the
future.

A lady I swim with goes to Canada and buys her prescription drugs. She says the prices
are cheaper. I believe she buys from Costco in Canada.
