Actually this cloning only helps people in the research field. Its not important to the drug screening business because telomerase wasn't difficult to partially purify before this anyway. Its a multi-enzyme product- so i would assume partial purification could still be important to screen the real factors involved. This is amazing movement up on such news- but i think a lot of houses must have lost money the last time GERN fell from 17- so thiy want the price up so they can recoup some losses or at last sell off the shares they bought at over 15. Tom C's name being in the release probably helped things- but it makes me wonder what happened to E, Blackburn & C. Greider. Congratulations to whoever rode this wave- good investing, louis mason
