Has anybody recently asked about CM's finances? Things can't be good and Neal hasn't returned my phone calls. The next announcement we hear might be that they are closing up shop and Custer rides away with his 10 gallon hat stuffed with dollars.
If they do not immediately take more proactive steps with communications, it is time to get an injuction and freeze of assets until things are clarified somewhat. When someone ignores tough questions, they most likely don't have an answer.
At a minimum, I predict Katz will be made the scapegoat and forced to resign.
It is time to gather and take action as a group. I've personally lost too many dollars and much credibility after basing decisions on what I was told by Katz and their press releases. It's time to put their backs against the wall and get some answers.
Collectively, we can force some action.
