CR, I don't think ECB will cut rates this week. European Central Bank is a lot more responsible than US Fed. In fact the Euro is just 8% above the level at which it was when it was introduced.

Also I don't think the Fed is going to do any intervention any time soon. I haven't seen any proof that they have done interventions in 2003 and 2004. Have you?
