Akin to Fonar? From a newspaper story on the Disney/Comcast proposed merger "Ironically,Comcast's bid has drawn attention to its own lopsided governance structure in which the Robert's family,with less than 1% of the outstanding shares, nontheless retains ironclad control. The key is a special class of family stock with "supervoting powers that, even if a Disney acquisition, would leave the family with less than 1/3 of the voting power and effective control. This alone could provide grounds for Disney Directors and shareholders to reject the Comcast offer.
