I don't want to dwell to much on DOCS Open bugs, but this statement...

<<Every good software company admits it few bugs and moves on with life!>>

...is ridiculous. Move on with life? Some of these bugs are considered to be production inhibiting, and the fact that they exist and are inhibitting production is indeed a LARGE issue. Not fully working with Office 97? That too, is ridiculous. Granted both these issues are with PCDOCS third parties, but your statements of 'move on in life' does not help those firms that are having these issues. I might also add, that DOCS Open, when deployed in the corporate community, is the KEY application for users. Corporate DOCS Open users have their business life-line in electronic document management.

I am a long holder with some of my holdings with a price of $22 to say). I would love nothing more than to have this stock go back north. I don't fully believe that DOCS Open bugs are a large reason the company's bottom-line dollar has been decreasing, but those bugs certainly does not contribute to a positive PCDOCS image.
