Thanks for the posts. I will get to them later today or tomorrow. The discussion sounds to me a lot like the WMD debates. The one side is screaming, "...you lied. Where are the WMD's? You made this all up under false pretenses. We would have found them by now if there had been any. Show me one." The other side has not been able to show a nuclear bomb as evidence. So of course they are subject to the accusation that none ever existed. Rather, it has to rely on statements that were made, and the behavior of Hussein, earlier reports and intelligence. Both sides feel quite sure about their position, and it is happening today, and who knows when it will be resolved.....it probably won't. The same is true for the "stolen election in Florida," and all the various events under the analysis of historians and scientists today. Anyway....that analogy is at best only partly useful, more probably not at all from your perspective.
