John Kerry said during Hearings before the Committee on Foreign Relations, United States Senate This was done while tens of thousands still were fighting in Vietnam. Kerry's anti-war activities were repeated by North Vietnamese soldiers as they tortured US prisoners, trying to get them to sign documents they too committed war crimes. Don't tell me that Kerry's lies didn't embolden North Vietnam to continuing to fight as they watched the anti- war crowd change our view of the war. Their lies led directly to people spitting on returning vets, calling them rapists, baby killers, war criminals, etc. IMO, Kerry gave aid & comfort to the enemy with his false testimony. Spin it any way you want. While Kerry lied, our soldiers died.
