Kerry is very different from Carter. He's a lot tougher inside and this is a different time. One thing you have to know about Kerry is that he will never misrepresent the USA. In other words, he will honestly do the right thing for most Americans, and wil never do anything that plays into the hands of the rightwing. That is why Kery will be very hard for Bush to beat and will probably serve two terms. Once in office, expect him to make John McCain a virtual partner in government, thereby sticking it the neocons while elevating the power of the honest conservatives. Kerry's enemies are only on the far right. He gets along great with moderate-conservatives.
