I gaurantee you, if US Economy goes into bad recession
the USDollar will get cut by 30-50% from here

You can do no such thing.
If Russ is right about rate hikes of 3% or whatever the US$ will strengthen in a recession.

If the Recession is simply because the US stops printing so much the US$ can rise.

Finally the US$ will climb if the US gets serious about deficit spending.

All of those would cause a recession but a strengthening US$.
