Niki, it does not matter what the future of outsourcing is going to be. Maybe some of the jobs should be outsourced. But the President needs to figure out what sectors to create new jobs in. During the Clinton years, many jobs were lost. But at the same many new jobs in emerging sectors were created. Bush has yet to identify the emerging sectors and then should move to create jobs in those sectors.

Instead he busy running up figures in the wrong places such as with the amount of tax breaks, the amount of spending for forces in Iraq, etc. He needs to ensure that figures in job creation also goes up.
