Chiron & cancer >well I warned you about cancer. VBG Right off the bat, the hot buttons to this are the 70/30 split (which beats a 72/25 split) Xoma is now 2 for 2 negociating at 70/30 split. Also humanization. First deal to get SOMEONE ELSE to use xoma's humanization estate. Thirdly, all those cross-license deals>well looks like this is the START of that payoff. I HAVE BEEN SAYING xoma has build up IMPRESSIVE capabilities and technologies, chiron just blessed that idea as valid. ALL IMO, good luck skd
