Thank you, Patsy and G for the info. Here is Joe Osha's response to his ex-acolyte:

The intel on Intel

Elsewhere on the sell-side, however, analysts were still recommending investors "buy" Intel.

"We find it difficult to see how investors could fare badly in Intel this week, or indeed, for the next several months, said Merrill Lynch's Joe Osha in his preview of the mid-quarter update.

Osha said he expects the company will hold the mid-point of its previously set revenue range but thinks the company could produce better gross margins than he expected given a steady pricing environment in the first quarter.

And he shrugs off the notebook worries weighing so heavily on Danely.

"Unless a disaster is in the cards for this March, which we doubt, news from the motherboard and notebook businesses is going to improve during the next four weeks," he told clients.

Osha has a $40 price target for Intel shares.
