OVIS over-hyped? read this information from the Aug. 15th, 1997 new release. " Sales projections exceed $15,000,000 during the first twelve months once the merger has been completed. The company will have two separate divisions- one in manufacturing and the other in distribution. Both are structured to operate with a gross profit of 35%." With 2.9 million shares outstanding and 1.6 million in the public float. This means a share price between $15 and $20 in the next 12 to 18 months. A far cry from the present .35 cents!
