The charts for TGT look great. Good money flows, good volume, strong upward trend, good price movement. What else could one ask for?

I do think the price is too extended for adding or taking on a new position. I would wait for a correction and see if the price responds favorable to that correction. I'd like to see the price come back down to the 20 day moving average and then have volume start to increase a gain. That would be a great buy signal.
