Iraq is looking good lately. Casualties are way down -- February had the lowest monthly totals since the war started. lunaville.org The interim constitution was approved and it looks good. Not a pip from the Ayatollah. Oil exports and electricity production are almost up to pre-war levels. Electricity production is about to get a big boost as expensive KBR-installed equipment is (finally!) going operational. nytimes.com There are some disquieting ethnic tensions, but as the economy improves they will hopefully dissipate.
