AP Interview: Aristide Says He Was Forced to Leave

Haiti; Phone Call Arranged by Jesse Jackson

John, I suspect the Bush administration is being blamed unfairly, but then its very likely they are too busy with Iraq and Afghanistan to pay much attention to anything else. It takes them too long to act. They got away with it in Liberia but I suspect they won't have it as easy with Haiti.

As for Aristides, who is he kidding? The rebels were at his doorstep.......did he think he had any alternative but to leave? The guy appears to be clueless but then so is J. Jackson.
