Hi Patricia,

If you're pressed for time, you might want to consider buying some spices on the Internet. My wife and I buy from an outfit called Penzey's Spices, and they are quite good. Very much a huge step up from what's usually found in a local supermarket. They're at: penzeys.com and we've always received quality ingredients from them.

Of particular interest to you might be the Polish sausage spice mix, found at penzeys.com and we've tried it before; very very good...

If you're fortunate enough to live in an area where they have a bricks 'n mortar store, you can purchase there instead of on the net.
