You're just arguing semantics. Iraq has the 2nd largest fields in the world, maybe even the largest. Which is why the Texas neocons wanted to invade the place so badly, and in such a rush without any UN allies they'd have needed to share oil rights with. That pretty much answers why Bush went in like he did in such a rush since none of his other excuses hold water. At the same time they also used the war to swipe the 2002 elections. I would have appreciated if they'd told us the truth and were now busy reimbursing us for the military costs using those oil revenues. What I suspect thuogh is that billions are being skimmed by the Texas boys with the full knowledge of Cheney and his gang, another money and power grab for Texas.
