Bush-Cheney have a lot of clout with OPEC to lower prices but never use that power. On the contrary they seem to encourage higher prices at the pump. The better for their Texas constituents. The lessons learned here is to never ever let Texas run our goverment again. They cannot be trusted with our money, our environment or our military. The last one was Johnson. He escalated a war based on lies too. They make all their money on wars and oil, plus Texans were at the heart of the S+L debacle scams, Enron and the phony energy crisis in 1999-2000, about 500 billion ripped off from those three scams.
