Thanks for the offer. Whenever you can find the time, I would like to have a recipe (or variants) for polska kielbasa. I was previously unaware that marjoram was a major spice in that delicious sausage.

A few years ago, my Dad remarried after my Mom's passing. I was the best man. We had a traditional Polish reception after the wedding, and one of the features was four separate varieties of polska kielbasa. There were variants of fresh and smoked sausage, served boiled and broiled.

The store we bought the sausage at was a Polish deli in Rockford, IL, and I'd never seen so many different varieties of polska kielbasa at one meat counter. They must have had about 8 variants. Here's a sampling of the sort of variety that was on offer:
