Well, yes, but then you have to deal with full faith and credit. Now that folks have had some time for reflection, it seems this full faith and credit thing isn't the bugaboo that was originally thought and the one-state-dictating obstacle isn't so. So I guess I'm saying "no" and I don't believe that the mess is unmanageable, no more so than other changes we have undergone and will undergo.
