Kerry is a Silver Star and Bronze Star winner. Don't try to minimize his service record. He spent longer than 4 months over there and would have stayed for years if he hadn't "lucked out" and gotten three wounds which means automatic trip back home. He the meantime he killed, saved lives, took wounds, braved fusillades and turned around the Swift Boat campaign up the Mekong, a very hot area. You guys are just pathetically jealous because GW Bush hid out and went AWOL when it was his turn to expose himself to Nam. That's the only reason you attack our war heros non-stop now, including calling McCain, Cleland and everyone else associated with John Kerry "traitors" and who knows what else. Just shameful behavior on the right which is oen reason Bush is going down in defeat.
